Shipping Policy

Thank you for your interest in my small business! Here’s what to expect when it comes to shipping:

Processing Time

• Ready-made items ship within 1–5 business days after your order is placed.

• Made-to-order items usually ship within 6-8 weeks.

Shipping Method

• All orders are shipped via USPS, and you will receive a tracking number once your item is on the way.

Packaging

• Pottery requires plenty of padding to ensure it arrives safely! Aside from packing tape, I use recyclable and repurposed materials whenever possible—if you receive bubble wrap, it’s been reused, not purchased new.

Shipping Area

• At this time, I only ship within the United States.

Damaged Items

• If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me right away with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll make it right with a refund or replacement, when possible.
